He wants to counter Taliban's rationalization of Peshawar Massacre, and begins its column with blaming Hazaras. There is no connection between Hazaras and the whole argument of the column. Out of 50 to 60 thousands people killed in terrorist attacks across Pakistan, no one can name a single person that was killed by Hazaras. Instead, Hazaras have been the victim of terrorism for 15 years. What could be the reason for blaming victims other than a blind hatred?
